Legopool

With Dan Lemon J Harrison back from his travels for the time being, we decided to have our second day out in Liverpool, following our coffee cakes and jelly day out a year or so ago, and me and Dan's n Jo's excurtion the night before to see Veronica Falls in Leaf Café, so we set off on the train to see what we could see...

Dan , and the sign which is designed to piss people off, when they have drunk too much beer and must not leave the train...

So we had a walk around for a bit , eating a bit of food - sausage roll, bit of coffee, jason perused the comics and then we came across this:

I think this shop has been there a while, but escaped jason's notice!

Trying on a coat,  I think it would make him look a bit like bungle from rainbow , but he couldnt stretch the entire collar over his head properly... oh well!

Next stop Liverpool One shoppig bit.  where we had a bit of a look round the tiered carpark and lift facility - Qpark!

Good structures, not to mention throwing pennies off the spiral staircase.. a view from the bottom (actually the floor)

Dan photographs us from above,,  my penny landed on the bottom right quarter, and bounced 6 feet in the air

We were then surprised to find a Lego shop, very pleased too considering the hatstand we have been building from Lego for the past 12 weeks is about 1 session away from completion, maybe we finish it tomorrow, we were given helpful advice by the Lego staff team, who advised us on special pieces and how to make curvy bits, and various websites...

Jason:  Just how can I fit as many as poss into my pick and mix tub.. need more of those structural supporting oblongs too

To finish off , just a look about the guitars and some final comic shopping for Jason.. while me and dan played with the novelty key-fobs , finding one that did sound from Jim Bowen on Bullseye,, i think we have an intro to the song 'super smashing great'   then a drink at Nero's
